All products are crafted through a luxury production process by master bag artisans with over 20 years of experience.
Leather products cannot be washed with water. For cleaning, please consult a professional leather cleaning service.
Avoid applying excessive force that may distort the shape of the product during use.
Light stains should be gently wiped with a soft, dry cloth.
For long-term storage, fill the bag with tissue paper or newspaper and place it in the dust bag. Store in a well-ventilated, dry area away from humidity.
Due to the nature of leather, returns or exchanges are not permitted for natural creasing or signs of wear that occur through use.
If the product comes into contact with moisture, gently press with a dry towel and allow it to air dry naturally.
Variations in color, texture, or size due to monitor resolution, as well as minor glue marks, loose threads, or slight stitching irregularities, are not considered defects. (All products are 100% handmade, and minor variations may occur.)
Natural wrinkles, marks, dark spots, or fine scratches may appear due to the inherent characteristics of leather and the production process. These are not considered defects.
Exchanges and refunds (excluding change of mind) are available within 20 days of purchase and require the product certificate (warranty card).
All return and exchange shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected.
